Why is the 10 MBs with Fizz much slower than it was with my previous provider?

Is the Wifi Internet working with the other devices?
Did you try to forget the WIFI and associate the wifi again?
Did you try to reboot the modem?
It can also that the signal is weak
Try to disable the band steering this can help
This change can also be applied through the Wi-Fi modem user interface:
1. Log in at: 192.168.0.1 from the web browser of any device.
2. Log in using the following information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: xxxxxxxx (Password you chose during initial setup)
3. Go to the next section to apply changes:
Wireless → General Settings → 5GHz → Band Steering (Disable)
Also try to change channel
A series of channels are available on each frequency (2.4 and 5 GHz) of your Wi-Fi modem. Interference can have an impact on these channels.
Manually changing the channels used for your Wi-Fi connection can improve your modem’s signal.
Wireless → General Settings → 5 GHz → Wireless channel
And also for the 2,4Ghz
Wireless → General Settings → 2.4 GHz → Wireless channel

The ONLY better ISP is Videotron if you ignore price . If you face slow down, check your wifi setting. Turn off 2.4g and use 5g only.4

I had the same problem befire. I'd reboot my rooter and now all works fine!

Do you use wifi or ethernet ? Do you use the fizz modem or your own modem with fizz modem as bridge only ? Many variable cans affect this but, in theorie, you should have the same speed.
Try a speed test to validate if you get your 10 mbit from fizz.1 -

Have you tried to do a factory reset of your modem?
With a sharp object, hold on 35,40 seconds the reset button back in the center of the modem and released it after.
Wait a few minute and if your are connected directly to your modem with a ethernet câble, you'll see on the screen: Easy connect.
Types twice the factory password code back of the modem.
Your internet connexion is supposed to be 100% functionnal.
You can do a speedtest.
After, connect all your other devices on your wi-fi network with the samefactory password code.0
