With some LG phones, you have to reset the network settings, then check again if the data is working. Also after configuring the APN, you'll need to restart the phone.5 -

Which model LG Wine? If it is a model from 2015 or earlier, it may not be compatible with Fizz network.

You need save apn settings, power off and power on your phone . Aka reboot your phone.2

We're so sorry to hear about this situation. As Fizzy suggested as well, first make sure that it's fully compatible with our network. You can check the FAQ he provided for what frequencies your phone needs and then simply google the specs of your own device.
If everything's in order with that, APN is set up correctly and you're within coverage, I recommend the following:
-restart your phone, and once it's back on, make sure your Wifi is turned off and only mobile data is on
-turn airplane mode on for a few seconds, then back off
- try to manually connect to Fizz EXT then back to Fizz. You will be able to do this from: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Fizz EXT then Fizz or something similar.
