Account reads a massive amount of data used (False)

I fixed an expired payment with a new card. My service wasn't activated for 24 hours, and once it was, it said I had used 20Gs of data this month even though it's only been 3 days and the service was off for those three days.
Anyone experience Fizz recording mass amounts of data used by mistake?

    I personally have a normal usage

    In the meantime 20G is alot

    In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat

    1- Log in to your account (see top right).
    2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.

    4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

    I suggest to contact the support for that.
    Like Mike Said, 20Go of data is a lot of data in one month.

    Hi Alexandra,
    I just checked on my end and you just used close to 65MBs of Data on February 1st, 2nd and today on the 3rd combined.
    Would you please check on your phone's Data usage meter and compare the results whit the ones on My plans-> Details under Data->Daily Usage?
