Do you have Fizz or Fizz Ext?
When you have Fizz Ext you need to activate the data roaming
Can you try to reboot the phone?
Try to check the APN settings

You can also contact customer support by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.

4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.9 -
When that happens to me, I usually turn on airplane mode for thirty seconds, then take off airplane mode.8

Unfortunately, this can happen and it is not necessary Fizz fault; can be from the phone. As redhead suggest, going airplane mode and switching back force to sync with the network. This should fix your issue if it is not a Fizz issue.5
