Billing cycle dates wrong?

Why do you guys Fizz close my posts all the time in exactly one day so one can not post to the thread anymore?!
You didn't answer the question but you just go post something and close the thread.
You told me to send a screen shot and give no email or method to do so, and you close the thread so can't post it there.
You need to stop closing forum posts when you haven't answered the question.
What's you email Andre to send you what you asked for. I'm not waiting around for a hidden chat bubble...

    You need to chat with the support and give the screenshot to them

    In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat

    1- Log in to your account (see top right).
    2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
    3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
    4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

    Waste of time .
    Email me and I'll reply or leave the thread open!
    I was told last issue that support would email and then I could talk to suppose that way.
    Asking us to do this monkey extra work support is silly.

    We as users can’t actually close the thread. Only you (as the poster) and Support can.
    The chat bubble shouldn’t be hidden My Profile > Contact Forms

    That is what I am saying. Support can close the thread. We as users cannot.
