why doesn't billing cycle doesn't match website days left of usage?

I noticed that it says my biling cycle ends in 9 days. But on the usage part of the website it still says there are 11 days left in my data usage.
I think something isn't synced up there.

I checked my account and they actually match. That’s strange but if it doesn’t create a problem I would not be worried. I hope this help!9

What kind of data do you have? Gifted data, upgrade data etc all have different validity periods10

Nothing to do with data expiry dates.
Data isn't expiring.
It's the it's the overview.
Says 11 days left, but shows billing in 9 days.9 -
the billing cycle and the data expiry days are different dependent of what type of data (gift, perks, plan). Your data of the plan start on the billing date and will last 90days if not used up. The gift and perks data could be started at anytime of your choices and also last 90days.6

This has nothing to do with the data expiring.
None of my data is expiring at all. In fact the roll over says has like 34 days before it expires.
This is a discrepancy between billing cycle and when it says the days left for the current data usage. Says you have 11 days left vs billing cycle is in 9 days.5 -
Hi Michael,
Thank you for reaching out to us with this matter.
I checked on your account and I can see that your plan will renew on Feb 6th.
Can you please contact us directly and share a screenshot of where you can see this discrepancy on your end so we may be able to help?
Here you can find more information about how you can do that: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Thank you very much for your understanding.
Have a good one!
