Is the home internet service down since around 3.45? I saw fire engines up the road but all gone. Neighbor is offline too (not a Fizz customer).

    Probably they cut the electricity therefore the internet is down too

    Electricity is fine, merely internet down.

    If your electricity is working, try restarting your modem.

    If the problem continues, you can contact customer support by chat:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
    3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem
    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Probably something related to the fire brigade. Service should be back soon
