Where do I file complaints?

Why does the chat bubble not show up when there are issues with a person's account? It's hard enough to get in touch with someone. I had a great conversation with someone yesterday. Today there is no way for me to find the chat bubble. Why is there no way to see how our payment methods are set up so that we know whether or not the address or the security code are correct? My CC was declined twice and there was no way for me to figure out where the issue was no your site. I am so disappointed. Technology is all about connection and yet you refuse to connect with your clients. This is ridiculous. Please reconsider your business model.

Hi Suzanne. You can see your payment methods under MyProfile - Payment Methods. The website is a bit buggy. Have you tried a mobile device and/or incognito mode?7

If you credit card has been declined... I would ask the CC company.. not fizz. It's not normal.5

If your issue hasn’t been addressed, or if you’re not satisfied with the result of Fizz, you can file your complaint in your account under Your account, go into My profile and choose online forms.
If the process leaves your issue unresolved. You can push your complaint to the CCTS . https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/

Fizz has a facebook account, please try there. They usually answer fast through that channel.

If you want to talk to someone without the "bubble" you should try with the other way to contact them:
simply leave a message on the platform of your choice, be it Facebook Messenger, iMessage, WhatsApp or privately on Twitter.

You can contact us on Live chat by using any of our FAQs in the Solutions Hub, such as this one:

You just need to access an FAQ(link) like the one above, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the ? bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
Clicking on it will reveal multiple contact options, including the Live chat which is at the very bottom.

Once you've reached us via chat, please provide us with a picture of an ID where we can see your name and address and a picture of the credit/debit card that you're trying to use.
Due to the payment method being declined, for a reason unknown to us, the procedure requires this.
