I can't order your internet plans?

I'm trying to schedule a day for the interne instalation but it doesn't let me finish the order. I entered all the information and even my credit card number but at then end when I press submit, It shows me a message error saying can't finish and refer to code char.

    I understand and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. In this case, I kindly invite you to delete your browser history together with the cache memory and cookies before you try again to place the order.
    Also, you can try to do so from Incognito mode or a different browser or device.
