Why Download bill button rarely work?

Every months it's a pain to download my invoice. I click several times on the download button, restart my phone, refresh the page, relog in my fizz account. Now this month just doesn't work at all.

    Please try in a different browser or incognito mode. The website has some problems.

    Try from a computer browser.

    Try to do it from a pc or laptop instead from the phone. Hope this helps!

    You should write to Fizz, they could investigate and maybe have their IT team in it :)

    I understand and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. In this case, I kindly invite you to delete your browser history together with the cache memory and cookies before you try again to access and download your receipts.
    Also, you can try to do so from Incognito mode or a different browser or device.
