Why Download bill button rarely work?

Every months it's a pain to download my invoice. I click several times on the download button, restart my phone, refresh the page, relog in my fizz account. Now this month just doesn't work at all.

It seems that they have problems with that page sometime, can you try in incognito mode?
You can click on the line and the invoice must be displayed

You should write to Fizz, they could investigate and maybe have their IT team in it0

I understand and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. In this case, I kindly invite you to delete your browser history together with the cache memory and cookies before you try again to access and download your receipts.
Also, you can try to do so from Incognito mode or a different browser or device.
