Is 4 hours wait time normal for activation?

Payment went through, I've checked all my email folders & my FIZZ account overview page says pending activation.

    Can you try to insert the Sim to your phone?

    This morning the site had some problems, it can be related

    In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat from 8 am to 9 pm

    1- Log in to your account (see top right).
    2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
    3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
    4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

    I think 4 hours is too long.
    Hope it works when trying the SIM card.

    I think 4 hours is too long. I switched service providers at least 5 times in my life, and none of them took more than 20 mins, most just took 5 mins or so.
    If it says pending activation, just wait, or you can open online chat with Fizz who may be able to check what's going on in the background. Good luck!

    Yes it can. but try to put the sim card into the phone.. it should already work :)
