Hi,
I'm trying to buy a plan and schedule the appointment, while doing the final steps on the webpage,(and confirming the details), the Fizz logo just does an endless loop. Also, some webpages before were a bit glitchy, had to refresh a lot to see it properly.
Does the website experience some troubles? I tested multiple browsers and os, pretty much the same everywhere.

Sorry you are experiencing difficulty while signing up.
Before retrying, please check your credit card account to be sure the transaction did not actually go through.
You can try clearing your browser cache and open a new tab in private mode.
Or if there is a temporary issue with the site, you can try again tomorrow.
If you need to contact Fizz, you can chat with customer support as follows:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Hi this happened to me before, under the exact same circumstances. Regardless of which browser I tried. The Fizz team was super helpful. Under the "Help" tab, then contact us, I chatted with their team. It was explained to me that once in a while the situation that you mentioned can occur.
