Changing my plan but getting a wrong date
I am leaving Canada for a couple of months, but I would like to keep my number. I read on the Q&A page that I should reduce my plan for that. However, when I am trying to do so, the day in which the change seems to be applied is wrong. It says that my next payment cycle starts on 2020-08-05, but it should be 2021-01-05. I tried to re-open my account, but nothing changed and I do not want to proceed without being sure there is no a problem with my account. What should I do in this case? I attached and screenshot of the matter.

You need to contact the support only them can check what the problem is
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page7 -

This looks to be a display error.
If everything else is correct with your plan, go ahead to make the change.
Then you can go back in to change plan to see the pending plan change and its details.

That seems like a display error. I personally would go ahead with the change but also contact support. It all comes down to how urgently you need it and when you are leaving.5
