If you need to contact Fizz support, here is how :
First you have to log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.6 -

Unfortunately if your phone was previously working, here are some reasons why your phone can say No Service:
1. SIM card is no longer active
2. Your phone has been reported stolen.
Can you check your SIM card on another phone? Does it give the same message?
Also if you are not original purchaser of the phone, check your phone IMEI here:

If you want to contact Fizz, you can Live chat with support at any time 24/7:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/found-mobile
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -

You need to do a lot of checks with your iPhone6 to sure that all settings are correct:
1. Charge your iPhone6 battery to 100% and not unplug it during next steps
2. Update iOS on iPhone to the latest version.
3. Check Settings-General-About-Operator. It must be "Fizz 44.0" or more.
4. Check Settings-Cellular data-Cellular Data Options-Voice and data. It must be LTE.
5. If something wrong after checking these points and restarting you can try Reset network settings in Settings-General-Reset.
But first of all, you need to check your sim card on another phone. These steps are only for case when your sim card is working correctly on another phone!7 -

Thank you very much for reaching out to us.
Please turn ON Airplane mode and then turn it back OFF, turn on Data roaming and then turn it back OFF, make sure you're connected to Fizz, turn OFF the Wi-Fi, make sure that your IOS is up to date and if neither of these steps helps you out, please pop out the SIM card from your phone then pop it back in, restart the phone and then reset the mobile network settings:
Settings → General → Reset → Reset network settings
