Transferred my number to fizz and nothing is working now

Sorry you are having phone issues.
Have you tried restarting your phone? Were you able to make calls, send text or use mobile data following your activation?
Have you also checked your old provider account and SIM card to see if it is still working?
Incoming calls and texts will continue to go to your old provider SIM card until the transfer is complete.
Once your number has been transferred to Fizz, your old account will close automatically and your old SIM card will stop working.

If the problem continues, you can Live chat with Fizz support at any time 24/7:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open the help link page mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -

Normally, it can take a delay around 2 hours to get your mobile plan active.4 -
