To reach Fizz
First, connect to your fizz account.
Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
You will have to choose to use messenger whatsapp or chat. If chat is not available wait or choose messenger.
Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.

Thank you for the clarification.
As I've just verified under your Fizz account, your current monthly payment has failed and your service was suspended. I'm very sorry about this unpleasantry.
Checking further I noticed that the manual payment button located under My plans->Manage plan->Payment method, named Make my monthly payment is also greyed out and cannot be currently used to manually pay for the plan to be unlocked.
Rest assured, for this reason, I've escalated this situation to our specialized team and they'll handle it for you in the shortest time possible.
You will be notified via email once a solution has been found.
