How to request refund
What item did you buy?
Did you order a SIM card? Sorry there are no refunds for SIM cards and the order is already processed. FYI SIM cards do not expire and they can be used by anyone in the future.
If you bought an incorrect add-on or travel add-on for your plan, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one:
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
Can you provide more information as to what did you buy ?
The SIM cannot be refund, however, you can sell it in Kijiji
Internet plan, can be refund
The mobile has a 15 days trial

I guess the only wrong item you could have bought is a phone, unless you wish to change your plan.
You can contact Fizz support for help.
To do so, first log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.
