Hi Ricky,
The only way is contacting the support, if you had a payment problem contact them.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -

You should contact Fizz directly for this.
To do so log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.9 -
Hi Ricky
If your service has been suspended recently, you can go on your account to make a manual payment and your service will be restored.
On your account, go to My plans >> Manage plan >> Payment method. If you see the "Make payment now" button, click to make a manual payment and your service will be restored within 2 hours.
In case of a problem, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -

When you make your manual payment in your account, you usually get your service back in a few hours. If not, contact support by chat or Facebook Messenger to get help.9 -

If you want to get back this service, you must update your payment method.
Associate after your new payment method to your plan.
Contact the Fizz customer service by chat.
Log to your Fizz account.
