did you try to restart your phone?
Are you in Fizz or Fizz Ext coverage?
Under Fizz Ext you need to enable the data roaming.
Can you also check again the APN configuration and be sure that you have data left?
You can always contact the support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link:
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
Mariya to be sure that you have data left check in your account and in MY PLAN click on USAGE . If you have data left you will see them here. If not tou can ask for gift on the community or on Facebook.
If in fact you have no data left, you can also buy an add-on, but these are quite expensive:
8$ for 500 Mo
12$ for 1 Go
20$ for 2 Go
People are quite generous on the forum. Like Lieux suggested I would ask if anyone as data to give, this could get you to your next billing date.

Are your other services (calls and texting) working?
It's good idea to check your account to make sure payments are up-to-date and see how much data is left on our plan.
Also you can check on your phone settings to confirm your data usage and to make sure there's no preset limit blocking your data.

After verifying everything others have suggested, you can contact Fizz if you still have no data when you should.
To do so, first log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.
