Hi, I try to subscribe but at the end it says error: REFER CODE CHAR. would please help me.

Hi Sanaz,
Do you encounter this error when you're trying to add a referral code?
You can add the referral code at the very end of the subscription process, in the entry titled Referral on the page of the order summary for your very 1st plan created on the account only. Make sure to click on the green button next to it to apply the code!

Are you sure you entered your code correctly ? "0" and "o" can be tricky.
If it still does not work, contact Fizz directly :
First log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.8 -

Make sure you are entering the referral code correctly. Double check similarly looking letters such as 'I', '1', 'O', '0', etc.
Also the referral code you are using must belong to an active Fizz customer.

Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.

well, i have done it at the very end. and yes i checked If it matches. see attached file4

Sanaz, side you try copy-pasting the code directly making sure the are no spaces before and after the characters? Try on another device until your successful since you can't enter it after you have completed your order5

Also, if you already entered a code when first creating your account, and are now trying to use another code to add a service, this cannot be done.
If you want to use a code for a second service, you will have to create a new account with a new email address.7 -

Have you double checked the referral code number with the friend who provided it ?
