I can’t see the devices on the fizz app?

My tablet connects to the Wi-Fi in the settings but there is no connection of it. Plus I do t see the table on my list of devices on the fizz Wi-Fi app

    The best thing to do in this case is to contact technical support giving as much detail as possible about your problem.
