I can’t see the devices on the fizz app?

My tablet connects to the Wi-Fi in the settings but there is no connection of it. Plus I do t see the table on my list of devices on the fizz Wi-Fi app

You can also open a browser and go to http://192.168.0.1/login.htm (enter user:cusadmin and your wifi password) to manage your modem and see all the connected devices.
Go to "Security" >> "Device Filter"
If you accidentally blocked wifi on your tablet, you can also unblock it there.
If the Fizz Wi-Fi app isn't working, you can uninstall it and then reinstall again.16 -

Try to unstall your Fizz app
and re-install it after.11 -
I'd remove the wifi connection from the tablet and try connecting to wifi again. Also check the tablet doesn't have any static IP info entered on the adapter.7

you can contact fizz customer service if that doesn't work. Normally is straight forward. Try again the step from the begining5
