Why am I unable to purchase a sim card?

I am unable to purchase a sim card since this morning (04/10/2020). I get an error message asking me to retry again later.

Did you already try to change the browser or using it in private mode?
If nothing help you must contact the support
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -

If you made a new account, don't forgot to verify it first. Please check your email.
If you are using an existing account, there is a max number you can order. If you already exceeded the maximum, you may contact Fizz support.7 -
Yeah, Fizz has some very ambiguous error codes. 2 weeks ago, I tried to order some SIM Cards for my family and I could only order 2 of em'. I got your error message when I tried ordering 3.6

I understand and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. In this case, I kindly invite you to delete your browser history together with the cache memory and cookies before you try again to place the order.
Also, you can try to do so from Incognito mode or a different browser or device.
