Wifi keeps disconnecting ?
My wifi keeps disconnecting during the day, something it would disconnect then reconnected and not even 5 mins after boom disconnected again. I checked with a wifi anyliser and there is no one else other than my wife and me using the wifi, so I dont understand why it keeps cutting me off 5-7 times a day. It is getting really annoying because I can't work from home since everytime im on the phone internet disconnects. Please help

Apologies for the encountered issue.
I have verified your modem's wi-fi connection and saw that there were a few connectivity issues. Please unplug the modem from the power outlet and verify if the coaxial cable is tightly screwed in, then plug the modem in a different power source. Once the modem is fully back, perform a factory reset for the modem by pressing the button on it's back for 30 seconds.
Also, I noticed that there is a high amount of band switched for your wi-fi devices. Please log into modem's interface or in the Fizz Wi-Fi app to disable the band steering function and use the 5Ghz band majorly. For more helpful details, please also take a look over:
