When you see it, click on it.

Can you check your account to make sure the payment went through correctly?
Usually when service is cut, it happens overnight. I have not heard of the service working during the day and then have service cut again.
Please close your phone and remove the SIM card before retrying. You can also try your SIM card on another phone to rule out any hardware issues with your phone.10 -

Contact Fizz customer service. Sometimes seeing the chat bubble is hit or miss. You could log in your fizz account and under My Plans, click on manage my plan, then try to click unsubscribe. After doing this the chat bubble will appear.2
