Fizz does not offer calls outside Canada and USA, therefore you cannot set the forward from abroad6 -

You can use a free VOIP and texting app like TextNow while you are abroad. All you need is access to mobile data or wifi. And you will have you own number, so you can check your Fizz voicemail and also forward your calls.6 -
I was able access my voicemail by dialing +15146470999 ,but couldn't transfer calls to another voip by dialing *61**5
