No International calls is not working? I cannot make an international call

When I call ireland, I get a voice error "Your current plan does not allow us to complete this call"
I have in my plan international calls to France, this is working correctly
I have turned off the option "No international calls - Block outgoing international calls on this plan" (Actually, it was always off)
to call Ireland number I can see that I can buy an Add-on for $6.00 OR pay $0.30 / min
when I call ireland, I get a voice error "Your current plan does not allow us to complete this call"
I don't want to buy an add-on, I was to call once for about 5 minutes.
What is the solution?

Add funds in your wallet when you finish calling ask for a refund for what is remaining, or leave them there, they will not expire it.

Problem solved - it turns out you need to explicitly "add funds" to a virtual wallet to be able to make calls.17

As soon as you add funds to your wallet you can makes any call and text you want provided you don't exceed you funds.13
