35$ rebate from Friend invite?

I have 2 friends that used my invite code and I know have 70$ rebate pending since april 2020. We are now un mid-september 2020. When will it be applied on my bill. It's past 2 months payments...

It should occur after they have made their second payment, so you are right it should be open now. I would suggest you chat with support.

They are open daily 8-21h. Hopefully they can help you if the above steps don’t work.6 -
Contact chat. This happens sometimes. Their programs are glitchy. If you contact support they can get it unlocked for you. I just had to do this for 2 bonuses that were pending since February/March.5

You should be able to see the rebate in the referral center on your account. If it is not being used, you can get in touch with support as others have suggested.5

I had the same issue : referral bonus was pending during 4-5 months. I've contacted Fizz and they finally solved my issue. There are a couple of bugs with their system and their website ... so, don't wait and contact them.0 -

I kindly inform you that I have verified your account, and indeed you have two referral bonuses that are in pending. The referral bonus will only appear once both parties (you and your referral friend) pay TWO billing cycles.
