I’m not able to connect on the wifi app and as i used to be! without the app i don’t know how to understand the problem with my modem

When you say you can't connect, could you explain what is the problem. Technical errors, forgot password etc...1

Two things you can try:
1) Getting closer to the modem. Sometimes I put my phone directly on the modem, or stand only a foot or two away to make sure there's a strong connection between my phone and the modem.
2) if you have a VPN app on your phone, turn it off or put it on pause for a few minutes, as it will be interfering with your connection to the modem.0 -

You can follow the tips that Jacqueline gave you. If still won't work, you can also try to uninstall the Fizz WiFi app, restart your phone and reinstall the app again. If the connection won't be present, you'll have to restart your modem and as a last resort, to proceed with a factory reset. To be sure that you've done this correctly, follow one of the links that Lieux provided to you. You'll find a very useful video.
