If the guy doesn't show up tomorrow, i'd say you better reach Fizz support team. But in any case, i'd just do it right away to make sure everything's still correct. In order to do so, make sure you are logged in and get on this website, between 8AM to 9PM:

Else you can reach them using Messenger. They might answer you right away.6 -
I would not be happy if that happened to me. Call them tomorow morning to have it rescheduled asap.6

You should see an option to reschedule your appointment in your account, but reach out to support at the sametime to see if they can get you an earlier appointment and explain why the technician didn't show up today.

Even me i had an appointment today but he didn’t show up and they’re working today because they came for my friend who also live in the same building as me5

Sorry for this appointment failed.
You will be obliged to re-schedule it today.
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plans
Click on: Manage my plan (internet)
Click on: Appointments,
you will see all your appointments,
Click on: re-schedule, choose a new date and hour for your appointment
and click on: Save.
I hope this appointment will be the good one for your installation with the technician.2 -
I have the same problem. Can't even reschedule and it's been 24 hours1
