I was supposed to get my modem today but the technician didn't show up...?

I know that it's Labour day but Fizz allowed today's timeslot and so I scheduled an appointment to get my modem tonight between 5 and 9 PM. It's now almost 9:45 PM and no one called, not even to cancel. What should I do?

    Sorry for this appointment failed.
    You will be obliged to re-schedule it today.
    First, log to your Fizz account.
    Click on: My plans
    Click on: Manage my plan (internet)
    Click on: Appointments,
    you will see all your appointments,
    Click on: re-schedule, choose a new date and hour for your appointment
    and click on: Save.
    I hope this appointment will be the good one for your installation with the technician.

    I have the same problem. Can't even reschedule and it's been 24 hours
