How easy did Fizz make your move?

Less of a question but more of a comment... I just wanted to thank Fizz for making my most recent move seamless. I had been with Fizz at my apartment and recently moved into my new house. Bringing my modem with me, the installer came by and took all of 2 minutes to get us set up. I had assumed that given what 2020 has had to offer there would be at least one problem but alas it was seamless. So happy to be with FIZZ!
Have the rest of you had moves as seamless as this or was I just lucky?

My move was pretty seamless. The technician had to connect the house to a pole nearby since the previous occupant was with Bell. Even this step didn't take long. I plugged in the modem and that was it. Happy to be with Fizz too!7
