Can I cancel my SIM card order to go get one in person at a store?

Usually no, since they are send right away
Try to contact the support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-order-sim-card
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner4 -
Depending on where you live, it usually takes 2-3 days to receive the sim card by mail. If you really need one today, you can go grab one in a Couche-Tard store. Call them first to make sure they have it in stock.

Roxanne or you can keep the one by mail for ..just in case. And buy one at a store but check before if they have one to sell to you.3

You cant cancel your order for a sim card when it's done..
Just be patient, you will get it 3,4 days later by mail.4 -
There are no physical stores. You can buy some in jean couru though, I believe.2

Unfortunately, the SIM card order cannot cancelled but you can gift the SIM card to someone else if you want to get your own in the meantime from Couche-Tard:
