I have a 60/10 service and for no apparent reason, during a video conference, the service intermittently drops to 0 Mpps for a few seconds

It can be the Wifi did you try with the ethernet cable?
Sometime a modem restart helps.
Try to disable the band steering and the ATF
1- With your prefered browser go to 192.168.0.1
2- login using the username cusadmin the password is your wifi password
3- Go on Wireless → General settings → 5.0GHz
4- Disable Band steering
5- ATF → 2.4G and disable the ATF option
6- ATF → 5G and disable the ATF option
7- Click on save the modification
The modem should reboot wait couple of minutes6

Steve did you try to restart your modem? That’s not normal.7

Lieux: no, that's not normal!
Mike: I've disabled steering but I'm hesitant to disable Airtime Fairness as it will increase the likelihood of congestion. No?6 -
Lieux: I restarted and have the same result
Mike: How does disabling Airetime Fairness help?
Other question: Can I give a specific amount of bandwidth to certain clients?5 -
Sorry your question is too specific for me. Mike will help you... did you try with a personal router?6

It happens sometimes indeed. I usually restart my modem in these cases. It helps sometimes.6
