I have not received my SIM cart, however I received an email that you send it to me!

How long has it been since you ordered it? Sometimes post is delayed!11

I ordered my SIM in July and got it the next day, but this year Canada Post has been absolutely overwhelmed... Give it a few days.9

Did you get a tracking number? You can click on “my profile” and the click on order history to see the tracking number. If it’s not there chat with Fizz11

My experience was I ordered it and got it the next day via a 3rd party courier. Forgot the name, but it wasn't Canada post. If it's been more than a week I would contact Fizz directly and make sure it's still on the way.9

you could contact fizz to see what happened and if they can send you another. but canadapost has been very busy theses days.1
