Paid but no add-ons in my mobiles?

Make sure you are buying the correct add-on.
What coverage do you have in your plan? Quebec, Canada or Canada/USA?
What area code or country are you trying to call?
If you are trying to call outside of your coverage area,
go to My plans >> Manage >> Add-ons >> International calls
- Enter the country you want to call.
e.g. The international calling add-on to USA is $6 for 60 mins
If you are calling within your coverage area and your plan does not include unlimited calling,
go to My plans >> Manage >> Add-ons >> Calls/Texts
- It's $3 for 60 mins of calls
- It's $10 for 300 mins of calls10 -
I paid the add-ons for minute call in local area (normal local phone call), payment has made, as evident, but NO minute has been added on. I can not make a call, neither receive a call. I am waiting for a proper answer from Fizz service agent.
