why I get calls directly into my voicemail ?

most of the calls are getting directly into my voicemail although the phone is not used, the ring is on and loud and there are no blocks. some calls pass, like whenever I call my cell from my home line. Please call me to explain or to fix.

I would try what Mike. Otherwise contacting Fizz support would bet the best.5
