It means that you blocked your machine
The easy way to solved is by doing a factory reset
Be advised with a factory reset you need to do a procedure that you did when you received the modem
If not, you can try to reset to original settings by pressing and holding for 20 seconds the small button at the back of your modem, with a pen or a paperclip.
The right way is to connect to the settings and remove the block3 -
Don't meant to be rude Mike but if you red me I already said nothing was blocked and I already did a factory reset.3

Hi Shinataan,
is all the pages that are block on your machine? Is it for every website or specific sites?3 -
Can you try another computer or mobile?3

@Shinataan, sorry I missed that.
Do you have configured the DNS manually in that machine?
if you have windows, open the cmd line (Win+R cmd)
and
ipconfig /all
It can also be an antivirus feature.
I do not know, but check this, it is not exactly the same message.
