I added to call US from Quebec twice and its not working

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -

Hi Susan,
Make sure you are buying the add-on for International calls (zone 1)
- Available Add-Ons >> International calls >> USA
This add-on costs $6 for 60 minutes of calls.
BTW what happens when you try to call?
What is the area code you are trying to call?7 -
Hard reset phone, make sure payment went thru and add-on isn't pending or anything, or maybe problem is on recipient's end?5

I've checked your account and I see that you've bought Travel add-ons. These type of add-ons work only if you're in the respective area, in this case US. To be able to call in US you need to purchase an international calls add-on from My plans > Manage > Add-ons. You can also use the "Pay as you go" feature by adding money to your wallet.
