Don't receive my modem,but my appointment is in 3 days.Do I will receive it before my appointment by phone with the technician ?

    The technician will verify the signal of your connection and will bring you the modem the day of your appointment.

    Well I guess so!... Otherwise, what will a technician do? Install a non-existing modem?

    Hello Guylaine,
    As our community members suggested, the technician will deliver the modern on the appointment day. I see that the installation appointment is set for tomorrow, July 28 between 7:30 A.M. and 12:00 P.M.
    The activation of your plan, and as such the start of your payment cycle, will start the moment the technician delivers you your Fizz Wi-Fi modem. You’ll therefore be able to use your Home Internet service as soon as you’re done with your installation.
