Don't receive my modem,but my appointment is in 3 days.Do I will receive it before my appointment by phone with the technician ?

The technicien will deliver it the same day
The verification of your connection will be done from outside. You'll then have to follow our simple instructions to install your modem and configure your network yourself. The technician will be in his truck and won’t leave until he can validate everything is good to go.

It's in the truck of the technician. He have ton of fizz modem in his truck. Don't worry, he install it and make sure it work before leaving.

As our community members suggested, the technician will deliver the modern on the appointment day. I see that the installation appointment is set for tomorrow, July 28 between 7:30 A.M. and 12:00 P.M.
The activation of your plan, and as such the start of your payment cycle, will start the moment the technician delivers you your Fizz Wi-Fi modem. You’ll therefore be able to use your Home Internet service as soon as you’re done with your installation.
