I want to change my plan for the next billing cycle but it seems that I am stuck in my previous cycle. When looking at my usage it shows -16 days remaining so I cannot change my plan until the end of my previous cycle that was 16 days ago.

You cannot change the plan 48 hours before the next billing cycle
Therefore, if you still have 16 days you must be able to change
Try to contact the support
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-mobile-plan
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -

You can change your plan (this change must be done before 48 hours of the end of your billing cycle).
Be informed that this change will be effective at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
You can also contact the customer service of Fizz by chat from 8h00 to 21h00 each day.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
