How can i get a record of call log from one year ago?

I need to contest a ticket and need my call log from June last year how is this possible?

You cannot have it, fizz is a prepaid system and it does not keep this record

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/abcs-fizz-mobile-services
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Since it is a prepaid service and also unlimited there is no record log of you phone call that are keept
