First I can’t find the chat box to get help!!!

To contact support by chat from 8 am to 9 pm
1- Login to your account (see top right).
2- Any advertising blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help file, for example, https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-or-credit-card-information
4- The green bubble should appear at the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
If the chat bubble still doesn't appear at the bottom right after a few seconds, it means that the number of pending sessions is higher than our processing capacity. At that point, leave a message on Facebook Messenger https://facebook.com/fizzca.
