Customers have been asking this for over one year now, always same answer. ( it's coming) But When..

Nothing has been said really about calling over wifi. Hopefully, they implement this feature, but I would guess that if they are planning to add this then COVID-19 may have delayed this implementation.2

I asked that same question recently, it would come very handy when you are at the cottage and have Wifi but no cell phone service. If we already have unlimited calling, I think this feature should be included. Fingers crossed!3

We don't know but you can use Google Hangouts Dialer on Android if you have Android phone.

Hi Alain, Nobody know we are only users, you can contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service.
