Wifi connected says blocked page?

Wifi is connected, when I try to open even google, it says hitron has blocked my page as per my settings, not sure what that is? Two other devices are working fine on same router.

    The default password is on the back of the modem

    But try to login in the app or in the web page to remove the block it is the best procedure

    It is under security -> device filter

    I tried to remove the lock, there wasn’t any.

    Did you check also the keywords filtering?

    If you are not able to find it, try to turn of the modem for 5 minutes


    And if this does not help, you need to do a factory reset, before doing it, you must find in the back of your modem the default password

    Or contact the support directly by chat:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    The best way is to reset the modem/router. Just hold the reset button on the back of router with a pin for 10 second then wait 15 minutes. It's should be works like a poker royal flush.

    Have you reseted your modem?
    You need to insert a pin for about 35,40 seconds into the reset button located back in the center of your modem and released it after.
    wait 3,4 minutes until you see the lights coming back from your modem.
    You'll see on the screen of your computer: Easy Connect
    Types twice the factory default password (back to the modem).
    Your internet connexion is supposed to work perfectly.
    Just, reconnect all your devices to your Wi-fi.
