For non-hygienic reasons, I can't live in my appartment for a month. Do I have to pay for the current month knowing that I don't use my Internet (and not having the modem)? Thanks!

Fizz does not allow to pause the service, for a month you can only close and return the modem.

You can't pause the plan. You could close it but then you'd have to re aplly for it after. Good luck5

You sadly cannot pause your service with fizz. You'd have to cancel and re-sign up in 1 month and just getting an appointment can take 2 weeks+ so it's not really worth it!4

For any reason u can't stop paying a bill. You can cancel your internet plan and return the modem, the re-subscribe to internet.

You can cancel if you want from your account by going to My Plans >>Manage >>Cancel.
