You should wait an other 2 hours if he will not show up it means that he had a problem with a previous installation.

You need to be patient.
First of July is a busy day.
If the technician doesnt come unfortunately today, you'll be abled to fix again a new appointment after 20 hours of your appointment of today.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plan (internet)
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Appointment
Click on: Re-planifiate , choose a date and an hour of your choici and click on to save this change.2 -
