    You should wait an other 2 hours if he will not show up it means that he had a problem with a previous installation.

    Give them one hour. You can contact Fizz support to let them know.

    Unfortunately you may have to reschedule it.

    You need to be patient.
    First of July is a busy day.
    If the technician doesnt come unfortunately today, you'll be abled to fix again a new appointment after 20 hours of your appointment of today.
    First, connect you to your Fizz account.
    Click on: My plan (internet)
    Click on: Manage my plan
    Click on: Appointment
    Click on: Re-planifiate , choose a date and an hour of your choici and click on to save this change.
