When i ordered i put an address but now in the order history it shows a different address, how can i

I ordered internet subscription and i the address was right
But now i got an email saying my request is not completed but in the order history it says it’s been sent but to my neighbor!
My address is different how can i fix this..?

    This is very strange

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Contact support before your delivery date, then will help you fix it
  • contact support. Fizz's website gave me troubles with my address too. Support was able to help me :) .
  • Try contacting customer support through the chat, they can help you change address and get your order back.
