Fizz does not give you the option to put you plan in pause
However, you can unsubscribe and reactivate it, If you do this within 60 days you can keep your number, passing the 60 days you will get a new number.5 -

Hi Fares, you are charge for the full month. You cannot put it on pause though. The option would be to cancel and then resubscribe in the future.3

vou can't put this plan in pause,

No there's no iption to pause. You would have to unsubscribe and then re apply3

As the other members suggested, the idea is that being a prepaid company, we cannot pause your plan because the payment is taken only in advance automatically.
